Ingredients:

  • canned peas – 1 can
  • lemon juice – 1 tbsp.
  • garlic – 1-2 cloves.
  • olive oil – 1 tsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Drain the liquid from the peas.

2. Put them in a bowl, and add the squeezed garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil.

3. Using a blender, puree the peas.

4. The sauce is best served with croutons.
