Banana pancakes are an ideal option for a quick and yet extremely satisfying breakfast. The dough is made from simple and affordable ingredients: milk and eggs. Ready-made pancakes can be eaten on their own or with a filling, or topped with jam, jam, honey, or condensed milk.

  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • banana - 1 pc.
  • flour - 1 tbsp.
  • honey\stevia (sweetener) - optional

Method of preparation:

1. Beat the eggs in a bowl.

2. Add banana and pour milk. Beat with a blender until smooth.

3. Add the flour and mix until smooth.

4. Fry the pancakes.

Serve the finished dish with sour cream and condensed milk.
