Ingredients:
- 5 large potatoes
- 100 g of bacon
- 40 g of butter
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- 4 tbsp. l olive oil
- salt, pepper, sweet paprika
- dill
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the potatoes well and dry them with a paper towel. Make cuts all the way through, about every 5 mm.

2. Combine the oil, garlic, salt, and pepper and rub the potatoes well, especially the cuts.

3. Put the bacon in the cuts and bake for 60 minutes at 190 C.
Sauce for the dish
