Ingredients:
- mackerel fillet
- potatoes
- onion
- cherry tomatoes
- lemon
- oil
- salt
- spices for potatoes and fish
Method of preparation:
1. Pre-boil potatoes until tender and put them in a baking dish. Drizzle with oil, salt and spices.
2. Add onion and tomatoes.
3. Make cuts in the mackerel fillet and season with salt and spices. Put the fish on the vegetables. Be sure to pour lemon juice and oil.
4. Cook in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
