Baked mackerel in the oven with spicy sauce for dinner: the fish will be soft and juicy

Cook Daria shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious, spicy baked mackerel with a sauce of sour cream, soy sauce, and mustard.

Ingredients:

• mackerel - 1 pc.
• onion - 1 pc.
• salt, pepper - to taste

For the sauce:

• sour cream - 1 tbsp. l.
• soy sauce - 1 tbsp.
• mustard in grains - 1 tsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Wash, clean and cut the fish into pieces.

2. Put the fish in a baking dish, top with the onion sliced in rings, salt and pepper.

3. For the sauce: mix sour cream, soy sauce, and mustard. Pour over the fish. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes at 180 C.
