Avocado and tuna are the perfect combination of products for making delicious appetizers and salads. Avocado is a very healthy product, but you need to remember that it is often allergic to it.
- Avocado - 1 pc.
- Boiled cod - 150 g
- Green onions - 1 tbsp. l
- Lime (juice) - 1 tsp.
- Hot pepper - to taste
- Salt and black pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the cod without salt, with the addition of bay leaf and allspice, for 10 minutes after the water boils.
2. Mix all the ingredients together, remove the skin from the cod (cod can be replaced with any white lean fish).
