Asparagus bean salad with peas and eggs for dinner: the easiest recipe

If you want to quickly prepare a delicious, healthy dish for a light dinner, choose any salad. After all, the basis of any salad is vegetables and greens, while for a more hearty version, you can add boiled eggs, cheese, legumes, and fish.

Cook Tatiana shared a recipe on Instagram for a delicious asparagus bean salad with eggs and peas.

Ingredients:

  • asparagus beans - 400 g
  • eggs - 4 pcs.
  • peas - 1 b.
  • green onions - bunch
  • mayonnaise - 2-3 tbsp
  • garlic - 2-3 cloves
  • ground pepper - to taste
  • sweet mustard with grains - 1 tsp.
  • pickles - 2-3 pcs.

Method of preparation:

The beans are cut in 2-3 pieces and boiled in salted water for 5 minutes. Drain and rinse well with cold water. Leave for a while so that it finally cools and all the water drains.

2. Transfer the beans to a bowl, add the diced eggs, green peas, chopped onions.

3. Dress the salad with mayonnaise, garlic, black pepper and mustard, mix.
