Asian ramen salad: how to cook popular noodles in an interesting way

Ramen is a noodle that is cooked mainly in Asian countries. They are sold in packs, and all you need to do is pour broth or sauce over them. This product can also be a great base for a savory salad.
The idea of making ramen salad was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Inna Levenets (inna_levenets).
Ingredients:
- instant ramen noodles – 1 pack
- boiled broccoli – 200 g
- green peas (thawed) – 200 g
- green asparagus – 200 g
- diced green apple
- finely chopped green onions – 2 tbsp
- sesame seeds – 1 tsp
- sunflower seeds – 1 tbsp
Ingredients for the dressing:
- olive oil – 1/4 cup
- soy sauce – 2 tbsp
- cane sugar – 50 g
- rice vinegar – 2 tbsp
- spices from a pack of ramen
Method of preparation:
1. Finely crumble the noodles into a deep plate.
2. Add all the vegetables, apple, and seeds to the noodles. Vegetables can be raw, or you can cook them a little.
3. In a separate bowl, mix the oil, vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, and ramen spices.
4. Pour it over the ramen and vegetables. Put it in the fridge for an hour.
