  • instant ramen noodles – 1 pack
  • boiled broccoli – 200 g
  • green peas (thawed) – 200 g
  • green asparagus – 200 g
  • diced green apple
  • finely chopped green onions – 2 tbsp
  • sesame seeds – 1 tsp
  • sunflower seeds – 1 tbsp

Ingredients for the dressing:

  • olive oil – 1/4 cup
  • soy sauce – 2 tbsp
  • cane sugar – 50 g
  • rice vinegar – 2 tbsp
  • spices from a pack of ramen

Method of preparation:

1. Finely crumble the noodles into a deep plate.

2. Add all the vegetables, apple, and seeds to the noodles. Vegetables can be raw, or you can cook them a little.

3. In a separate bowl, mix the oil, vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, and ramen spices.

4. Pour it over the ramen and vegetables. Put it in the fridge for an hour.
