An elementary three-ingredient dessert: no baking required
A very simple and delicious dessert can be made with three ingredients. You won't have to knead the dough or bake anything. For the base you will need ordinary cookies.

Ingredients:
- cookies - 12 pieces
- jelly - 1 packet
- hot water - 100 ml
Method of preparation:
Diluting gelatin

1. Pour hot water over the jelly.

2. Whip until thick.
3. The consistency should be like meringue. This process takes up to 10 minutes.

4. Line the mold with parchment and lay out the cookies.
5. Pour the jelly mixture over the cookies.

6. Put in the refrigerator for several hours.
