An easy beet salad with herring without mayonnaise
Beets and herring are two products that are perfectly combined. They will make not only tasty appetizers but also salads, which are better dressed with oil rather than mayonnaise.
- herring fillet - 250 g
- canned peas - 1 b
- boiled beet - 2 pcs.
- herbs (dill, parsley, green onion)
- salt - to taste
- butter - 2 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Boil or bake beets, peel and cut into bars.
2. Cut the fillets into large chunks.
3. Mix sliced beet, herring and canned peas in a bowl. Dress with oil, mix and serve.
