American "Coleslaw" salad: with white cabbage and purple cabbage
The popular American salad "Coleslaw" contains well-known white and purple cabbage, carrots, and a simple dressing based on sour cream and mustard. This salad can be eaten on its own or with burgers or meat.
Food blogger Dariia Vistovska (vistovska_daria) shared a recipe for "Coleslaw" salad based on two types of cabbage on her Instagram page.

Ingredients:
- white cabbage
- red cabbage
- carrot
- canned corn
- sour cream – 1 tbsp.
Salad of purple cabbage

- mayonnaise – 1 tbsp.
- lemon juice – 1 tbsp.
- grainy mustard
- salt, pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Finely chop the cabbage. Lightly squeeze by hand.
2. Grate the carrots and add to the cabbage.
