Fillets and mushrooms are very tasty and satisfying foods that can be used to make salads for dinner and a festive table. They go well with corn, green onions, mustard, sour cream, and mayonnaise.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken fillet (or beef meat) – 300 g
  • Pickled cucumbers – 200 g (2 pcs)
  • Mushrooms – 300 g
  • Pink onion – 1 pc.
  • Hard cheese – 100 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Mayonnaise – to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Chop and marinate the onion.

2. Cut the fried or boiled fillet into strips.

3. Fry the sliced mushrooms for 10 minutes in vegetable oil.

4. Cut the cucumbers randomly.

5. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

6. Combine everything in a bowl, add mayonnaise, salt, and spices to taste, and mix.
