A hearty and quick pita bread snack: it's easy to prepare

Philo dough and pita bread are ideal for making delicious appetizers, snacks and desserts.

Cook Daria shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious pita bread snack with cottage cheese.

Ingredients:

  • phyllo dough or pita bread - 5-6 layers
  • suluguni - 350 g
  • cottage cheese - 350 g
  • spinach - 200 g
  • green onions
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • butter - 50 g
  • salt - to taste
  • seeds for decoration

Method of preparation:

1. Grate the suluguni, add cottage cheese, egg, spinach, onion, spices, and mix.

2. Spread the pita bread or phyllo dough, put the filling, roll it up.

3. Brush the top with egg, sprinkle with seeds and bake for 35 minutes at 185 °C.
