Culinarian Daria shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious and very healthy spring salad of fresh vegetables, herbs and with an unusual dressing.
- cucumber - 1-2 pcs.
- radish - 200 g
- apple - 1 pc
- Fresh greens - green onions, dill, parsley
- sour cream - 4 tbsp.
- lemon juice - 1 tsp.
- Dijon mustard - 1 tsp.
- salt, pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Cut cucumbers and radishes into thin rings.
2. Finely chop the apple.
3. Chop the greens.
4. Dressing: mix all ingredients and dress the salad, stir.
