A healthy, refreshing mors of frozen and fresh berries: You only need 4 ingredients

Seasonal berries are the perfect basis for a healthy and refreshing mors. If you have leftovers from last year, you can also use them. It's delicious with ice and fresh mint.

The idea for a refreshing mors of seasonal berries has been published on food blogger Nataliia's Instagram page with the nickname nata.cooking. You only need 4 ingredients for the drink

 

Ingredients:

  • 150 g frozen cherries
  • 400 g strawberries
  • 1-1,5 litre of water
  • sugar - to taste

Method of preparation:

 

1. Place the defrosted, frozen (with the juice) and fresh berries in the blender bowl and blend.

 

2. You can use any type of berry - fresh or frozen.

3. Pour the mixture over a sieve to separate the juice from the pulp.

 

4. Put the juice into the refrigerator, put the pulp into a saucepan and fill with water.

5. Add sugar to taste and place on the cooker. Bring the syrup to the boil for 2 to 3 minutes and strain through a sieve.

 

6. When the syrup has cooled a little, add the juice we have set aside and stir.
