A fragrant cupcake for tea in just 3 minutes: cooked in the microwave

If you want something tasty, but there is nothing at home, this cupcake will be an ideal option. It will take you a maximum of 5 minutes to prepare it. And you don't even have to turn on the oven because the dessert is baked in the microwave.

The idea of making elementary cupcakes in a cup was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Inna Kalancha (innakluchnik31). Be sure to add your favorite berries.

Ingredients:

• egg – 1 pc.
• milk – 2 tbsp.
• oil – 1 tbsp.
• salt – 1 g
• sugar – 2 tbsp.
• slaked soda or baking powder
• flour – 2 tbsp.
• cocoa – 1 tbsp.
• berries – 1 tbsp.

For impregnation:

• milk – 3 tbsp.
• sugar – 1/2 tbsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Mix the egg with the milk.

2. Add the oil.

3. Add salt and a little baking soda quenched with lemon juice.

4. Add sugar.

5. Stir with a whisk.

6. Add flour and cocoa.

7. Mix well again. Add the berries.

8. Put the mass into 2 cups of 200 ml each.

9. Microwave for 3 minutes.

10. While the muffins are hot, soak in milk and sugar.
