Fresh cucumbers, canned peas, onions and eggs can be the perfect basis for making a delicious, hearty and budget salad. - boiled eggs - 4 pcs.
- cucumbers - 1 pc.
- peas - 1 jar
- dill, parsley
- green onion
- salt, pepper
- sour cream or mayonnaise - 1,5-2 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the hard-boiled eggs into cubes.
2. Cut cucumbers in julienne.
3. Finely chop the dill, parsley and green onions.
4. Put all the ingredients in a bowl, add canned peas, salt and pepper.
