- 250 ml milk
- pinch of salt
- 1-2 tbsp sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 200g flour
Method of preparation:
1. Warm the milk until it is warm (not hot).
2. Add the sugar, yolks, salt - all combine.
5. Fry in a dry non-stick frying pan.
