"You have definitely not heard this song": Olena Mozhova releases rare recording of Mykola Mozhovyi from the 70s

Olena Mozhova found her father's archival recording

In the 70s, pop singer, People's and Honored Artist of Ukraine Mykola Mozhovyi recorded a cheerful song about spring that few people had heard before. The composer's daughter, producer Olena Mozgova, found the archival recording and showed it to her subscribers.

According to her, this song was part of his earlier work, when the star had no children. The sound, along with a photo, appeared on Olena Mozhova's Instagram.

"I found this. You have definitely not heard this song! It was recorded in the early 70s before I was even born. The photo is from a later period until I found a normal quality photo from the early 70s, so I added this," the producer wrote.

She released only a part of the song, where Mykola Mozhovyi can be heard taking high notes accompanied by a catchy melody. Instruments added drive to the composition: brass, strings, and drums.

As a reminder, the famous singer died on July 30, 2010, of a cardiac arrest. The artist became known for the following compositions: "Land, My Native Land," "Day Passes, Night Passes," "I'm Going to the Mountains Again," and "Enchanted Words."
