"We need to put an end to this": Yuliia Sanina made an important statement about The Hardkiss
Ukrainian singer Yuliia Sanina has shared with her fans important news about The Hardkiss, where she is the lead singer. The band officially cancels its concert at the NSC Olimpiyskiy, which has already been postponed several times and takes a touring break.
A corresponding post appeared on the band's official Instagram page. In addition, the 34-year-old singer got in touch in stories and noted that she had to finally "put an end to one important issue."
"Friends, The Hardkiss concert at the NSC Olimpiyskiy has been officially canceled. We were forced to make this decision for several reasons: the extension of martial law, the stadium's non-functioning, the loss of relevance of the event, and the band's touring break," the musicians explained.
It is worth noting that the band's original performance at the main sports arena of Ukraine was supposed to take place in May 2021. At that time, The Hardkiss celebrated 10 years since its founding, but the event had to be postponed due to the pandemic and then the outbreak of a full-scale war.
According to the artists, in 2024, many listeners have already returned their tickets and received their money for them. This process is ongoing.
"We sincerely apologize to all the listeners who have been waiting for this meeting. For each of us, for the entire team, this decision was painful but necessary. We recognize that this large-scale project did not stand the test of the pandemic and war. We thank all our listeners for their love and support, and we are dedicating this year to creating new music that we hope will delight and support you," the Hardkiss members said.
