Larysa Kovalchuk, a 55-year-old Ukrainian who has long lived in Sydney, Australia, impressed the judges of the Voice of Australia song contest. The woman was dressed in a folk Ukrainian outfit with beaded patterns. A red necklace hung around her neck. A video of the bandura player's performance was posted on YouTube.

The chairs of the two judges turned to the Ukrainian woman. From time to time, the camera focused on their surprised and petrified faces.
