Tired but happy. Jerry Heil and alyona alyona showed photos from the rehearsal of the Eurovision Song Contest 2024 final

Ukraine's representatives at the Eurovision Song Contest 2024, Jerry Heil and alyona alyona, shared a photo with their fans from the morning rehearsal of their contest song Teresa & Maria. The contestants are practicing their vocals and performance shortly before the final, which will take place on May 11 at 22:00, as it became known on Tuesday, May 7 that they made it to the grand final.

The frantic pace of life after the girls arrived in Malmö, Sweden, where the competition is taking place, constant interviews, festivals, rehearsals, and nerves have affected their appearance. They look a bit tired in the photo that Jerry Heil posted on her Telegram channel. But despite this, they are happy.

"Rehearsal," the vocalist briefly captioned the photo.

In the photos, they are in a dark room with their hair pulled back and no makeup. Fatigue is clearly visible on their faces, although the participants try to smile and fool around. In the first shot, only alyona alyona smiles with her lips pursed, and in the second, Jerry Heil joins her, sticking out her tongue. They are holding an iron shoulder, which, by the way, was created by a craftsman from Odesa, and was tried on remotely.

Interestingly, in the comments to the post, fans called the singers beauties and wrote how much they admired their performance. Some even "dispersed" the meme about the armor and said that it looked like a small child, and the shots seemed to be family photos.

As a reminder, this year's Eurovision Song Contest 2024 is accompanied by some minor mishaps for the Ukrainian participants. Jerry Heil and alyona alyona almost disrupted their performance in the first semi-final because of smoke that prevented the rapper from breathing normally. In the footage from the Ukrainians' performance, you can see how alyona alyona's appearance on stage is accompanied by a puff of smoke. This was probably done to add extravagance to the performance, to create a hazy effect in the background, and to focus attention on the figure herself.

Just before the results of the first semi-final were announced, it became known that Jerry Heil had suffered a minor injury during her performance – she bruised her knee. There was no wound on the singer's body, but she complained that she might have a bruise. She was probably injured when she fell to her knees after the first chorus.

The day before the first semi-final, alyona alyona also got injured (she broke a nail and scratched her knee), but during the rehearsal. The rapper fell on stage, but did not lose her cool, managed to get up and start her part without delay, and after the performance said that every Ukrainian woman would do the same. Euro fans even saw the incident as symbolic, as this is exactly what the performance of Ukrainian contestants represents – the fight against difficulties.
