The winners of the MTV EMA 2024 music awards have been announced: Taylor Swift received the most awards

On the night of November 10-11, the MTV Europe Music Awards 2024 (MTV EMA 2024 ) took place in Manchester, England. The winners were chosen among European artists and in the "regional" category, where Taylor Swift was included. The American singer took home 4 statuettes, while her name was recorded in seven nominations.

The artist became the "winner of the evening" as she set a record for the number of awards at this year's ceremony. The full list of winners was published by People magazine.

The ceremony was hosted by singer Rita Ora. This was her third time hosting the show, which was a record for the award.

This year, the Global Icon Award for lifetime achievement, namely a long career and significance in music around the world, was given to rapper Busta Rhymes. And the Pet Shop Boys were recognized as "Pioneers of Pop".
