The wind went wild in earnest: the first footage from the royal "wedding of the year" appeared
On June 7, the Duke of Westminster Hugh Grosvenor, and his chosen one Olivia Hanson had the "wedding of the year" in London, where they invited Crown Prince William and much other royalty. Many paparazzi were not allowed to attend the event, but photos have already begun to appear in the public domain.
The pictures show the elegant bride, some of the guests, and Prince William himself, who stood near the couple during the exchange of vows. OBOZ.UA will show you what the "wedding of the year" looked like.
The ceremony took place in Chester Cathedral, where British citizens began to gather in the morning.
The strong London wind played a bad joke on the bride. Her long veil and dress by British designer Emma Victoria Payne were blowing around, which certainly added to the photos, but prevented Olivia Hanson from walking down the aisle.
The dress was decorated with custom embroidered details. The wedding dress had a graceful silhouette with a flared skirt and a pleated belt.
Prince William, a close friend of the groom, acted as best man at the ceremony. Princess Eugenie was also a guest at the event. Prince Harry was supposed to fly in from the United States, but it turned out at the last minute that his presence would be undesirable.
Hugh, 33, and Olivia, 31, announced their engagement in April 2023. The Duke of Westminster inherited the title and family fortune of £10 billion at the age of just 25. He was considered one of the most enviable grooms in the country.
