The star of the cult British "Office" Ewan McIntosh died at the age of 50
On Wednesday, February 21, it became known that the popular British actor and comedian Ewan McIntosh, who was adored by fans of the cult sitcom The Office (British version) for his role as Keith Bishop, had died. The star was only 50 years old.
It is known that recently Mclntosh was seriously ill and even spent his last days in a nursing home. The tragic details were shared by the Daily Mail.
The exact cause of the celebrity's death is not known. However, back in 2022, the actor posted on his social media a picture from a hospital room in which his body was wrapped in various wires.
"I'm afraid bad times have come for me, friends. Be strong there," the comedian wrote at the time, without disclosing details about his illness.

After the star's death, his spokesman made a statement: "It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of our beloved comedy genius, Ewan McIntosh. His family would like to thank everyone who supported him, especially Willow Green Care Home. A private cremation for family and close friends will be held shortly, followed by a memorial service later this year."
Producer and friend of the actor Ed Scott revealed that on the eve of his death, Mclntosh was undergoing treatment with doctors and was under constant care of nurses. He added: "Ewan was full of empathy, kindness and honesty, and above all, he was a genuinely good person. My condolences go out to his parents, Sarah and Ewan Sr, his brother Colin and his family, and his many friends and fans."
