On her Instagram page, the celebrity shared a video from the medical center. On it, she is captured in a special mask for brain irradiation. You can see that the eyes of the actress are full of tears. "On January 5, my CT scan showed metastases in my brain. Yesterday's video showed the process of wearing the mask that you put on during brain irradiation. On January 12, the first irradiation took place. My fear is obvious. I am claustrophobic and have had a lot going on in my life. I'm lucky, I have wonderful doctors. But this fear...embarrassment. This is what cancer can look like," Shannen wrote.

Shannen was diagnosed with a breast tumor back in March 2015. In 2016, the artist had a mastectomy, chemotherapy and radiotherapy. In 2017, the celebrity went into remission.
