The son of the ruling Prince of Liechtenstein, Prince Konstantin, has suddenly passed away at the age of 51: what is known about him
Prince Constantine, the son of Liechtenstein's reigning Prince Hans-Adam II and his late wife, Princess Marie, died suddenly at the age of 52. He was the third of the sovereign's four children and was seventh in line to the throne.
The princely court issued a statement announcing that the prince passed away on Tuesday, December 5. The next day, members of the Liechtenstein parliament observed a minute of silence in his memory.
Seventh in the line of succession, he is survived by his older brothers, Crown Prince Alois and Prince Maximilian, and his younger sister, Princess Tatiana.

Konstantin of Liechtenstein is survived by his wife Maria and three children, Prince Moritz, Princess Georgina, and Prince Benedikt.
The cause of death of the 51-year-old son of the prince has not yet been disclosed. It was never previously reported that Constantine had health problems.
Prince Constantine was born in St. Gallen in 1972. After graduating from high school and receiving his high school diploma in Liechtenstein, he studied law in Salzburg. He held several important positions in the principality. He worked for an American investment bank as well as a private equity firm in Germany.

The Prince spent the last years of his life as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Liechtenstein Group AG and a member of the Board of Directors of Liechtenstein Group Holding AG. It is the world's largest private banking and asset management group owned by the royal family.
Earlier, OBOZ.UA reported that earlier this year, it became known about the death of the former and last King of Greece, Constantine II. He was Prince Philip's nephew and Prince William's godfather.
