The scandal with Klara Novikova and the flag of Ukraine: the trail of Ukrainian nationalists has already been "found" in Russia

The campaign to "whitewash" the reputation of Kyiv-born traitor and comedian Klara Novikova in Russia is gaining momentum. The other day, propagandists massively justified her for performing against the backdrop of the Ukrainian flag in Moscow - they say it was an unfortunate mistake - but now the Russian media and Putinists have "found" the culprits - "Ukrainian nationalists."

A Kremlin henchman, singer, and socialite Alyona Kravets came up with an absurd theory about how the image of the bicolor appeared on the screen. She shared her "fantastic" thoughts with propagandists.

According to the "patriot" of the terrorist state, Ukrainian hackers were not too lazy to hack into the computer of the team responsible for the special effects and displayed the image of the Ukrainian flag to "frame" Novikova.

"Most likely, this is the work of Ukrainian nationalists who just wanted to frame a respected person, woman, and artist. The hackers could have hacked into the computer, could have infiltrated the screen to arrange such a dirty trick. I think the competent authorities should deal with this," the Russian woman said.

In an attempt to justify the comedian to the Kremlin, she has forever "buried" the artist's reputation in Ukraine. According to the Putinist, Novikova is "a part of Russian culture that would never organize a provocation because it adores Russia."

"Novikova has lived in Moscow for half a century, has a Russian passport, she adores our history and culture and is an important part of it. She is pure and honest. The person will soon be 77 years old. We need to respect her achievements and age. And we need to thank Klara Borisovna for the joy she has been giving us for so many years," concluded the searcher for "nationalists" in Moscow.

As a reminder, Novikova's first concert in a long time took place in the Russian capital and turned into a huge scandal. It was not only the flag that for some reason appeared behind the traitor's back, but also her memories of life in Ukraine and the Ukrainian language on stage.

While Ukrainians and Russians were wondering whether this was an act of support or a provocation, Novikova issued a statement saying that she had her back to the screen and knew nothing about the flag.

The Russian media immediately began to publish articles in defense of the comedian, based on comments from anonymous sources and friends of the trafficker. All of them unanimously defended the artist and assured her of her pro-Russian position.

Such a reaction looks comical if we recall, for example, how Russian singer Kristina Orbakaite and her colleague Igor Nikolaev were "blown apart" for appearing on Russia 1 in a yellow dress and blue suit. At the time, no one justified the stars for their "mistake."
