The finalists of the National Selection for Junior Eurovision 2024 have been announced: the youngest participant is only 10 years old

Six talented vocalists aged 10 to 13 have become finalists of this year's Junior Eurovision National Selection. Public Broadcasting announced the main contenders after vocal auditions and participation in the summer "star school".

The final list of finalists was announced during the episode of the musical reality show Junior Eurovision Diaries. This was reported on the Suspilne Culture website.

The following will compete for victory in the final:

- 13-year-old Anastasia Belibova from the city of Yuzhnoukrainsk, Mykolaiv region;

- 12-year-old Angelina Hlohus from Ternopil;

- 10-year-old Odesa resident Zlata Ivaniv;

- 11-year-old Veronika Kogan from Kharkiv region;

- 12-year-old Ilya Konovchenko (ILKO) from long-suffering Kharkiv, who temporarily lives in Switzerland;

- 12-year-old Artem Kotenko from Okhtyrka, Sumy region.

They performed live to the accompaniment of composer Yevhen Khmara. The finalists do not yet have their songs to perform in the final, but on September 15, Euro fans will be able to see the process of creating the finalists' entries.

The songs will be written by Svitlana Tarabarova and Yevhen Triplov, who will be chosen by a draw. The final will take place on September 22 at 18:00.
