However, on tanned skin, the white product will set off the eyes favourably, visually enlarging them. The editors of the publication advise applying the eyeshadow with your fingers to make it look brighter on the eye.
A brush is usually used for fuzzy make-up that blends into the skin, but you shouldn't do this with white eyeshadow. To make your make-up last longer, you can apply an eyeshadow base on the eyelid first.
