TV presenter Solomiia Vitvitska shared the news that her ex-husband had been demobilized from the Armed Forces. Vlad Kochatkov is no longer at the front.
Vitvitska mentioned this in an interview with OBOZ.UA. Vlad Kochatkov, a cameraman, served as a communications officer in one of the Ukrainian units.
"My ex-husband was recently demobilized. As far as I know, it was for family reasons. Since last week, he is no longer a soldier of the Armed Forces of Ukraine," said Solomiia Vitvitska.
Vlad Kochetkov wrote on his Instagram page that when he joined the Armed Forces, he "wanted to be a paramedic but became a signalman." "I never thought that in the army you don't get to choose, especially if you are a soldier. But I didn't even realize what an archaic feudal principality it was... And if you're not a feudal lord, it's very difficult. Then I gave up and thought I would somehow get out of it. And now I'm alive."
Vitvitska's ex-husband served in the Armed Forces for a year and a half: "I have no regrets. But I will not be sad either. However, I will miss the powerful and unique people I worked with."

Vlad Kochetkov added that he will be registered with the military commissariat and that he will be "taken away again" if necessary. Currently, Solomiia Vitvitska's brother Severin and his wife Emma are serving in the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
Solomiia and her ex remained on good terms after the divorce. "I believe that as much as the world is confused now, as little stability there is, we should try to maintain normal human relations as much as possible. I'm not a conflict-free woman at all. We lived together for eight years, quite peacefully, so why should we have had a bad breakup?" Solomiia explained in an interview with OBOZ.UA.
Vitvitska was married to her husband for eight years.

When asked about the reasons for the divorce, Solomiia answers: "Apparently, we are not very suitable for each other. But now we communicate well, and I'm very happy that we managed to maintain such a relationship. Interestingly, we are even better friends after the breakup than when we were a family."
