Svitlana Tarabarova tells what happened to the house she wanted to sell because of financial problems

Ukrainian singer Svitlana Tarabarova has spoken publicly about her house near Kyiv, which she wanted to sell due to financial problems in her family. According to the 34-year-old artist, a new owner has not yet been found for the property, so she is currently living there with her husband Oleksii Bondar, and their three children: Ivan, Mariia, and Polina.

The singer talked about this in an interview for the Morning in the Big City project. The star added that she and her lover are gradually continuing to pay off the loan and hope that their situation will change for the better very soon.

"Unfortunately, the house is still for sale, but everything will be fine. We agreed to pay off the loan a little at a time. It's not as fast as I would like. But the psychologist advises me not to complain. We will sell if there is a good offer for us. Still, with three children, it's not easy to move," the singer said.

According to Svitlana Tarabarova, she is much calmer about this situation now than she was a year ago.

As a reminder, in 2021, the celebrity purchased real estate in a gated community near Kyiv, namely in the village of Dmytrivka near Bucha. The total area of the one-story house, which has a large living room, kitchen, room for musical instruments, bedrooms, and children's rooms, is 160 square meters. For such a large-scale purchase, Svitlana Tarabarova and Oleksii Bondar took out several loans, as the artist hoped to return to the stage soon and be able to quickly pay off her debts.

Unfortunately, that's not what happened. The fact is that the outbreak of a full-scale war caused a financial crisis in the star family, so they were forced to put their luxury home up for sale.

The celebrity noted that February 24, 2024, dramatically changed her career. Most of her concerts were volunteer gigs, so she had no way to earn money. Because of this, the family had to make a rather difficult decision, namely to say goodbye to the real estate.
