Soloviy's tracks found on Russian music platforms after scandalous interview with Yefrosynina

After Khrystyna Soloviy's interview with Masha Efrosynina, a new scandal surfaced

The songs of Ukrainian singer Khrystyna Soloviy are still available for listening in the terrorist country of Russia. At least, the media published screenshots showing that the artist's tracks are available on such Russian music platforms as VK music and Yandex music.

This nuance was brought to the attention of Times of Ukraine journalists after a scandalous interview with singer Masha Efrosinina. They suggested that Soloviy could still receive money from the Russian Federation for listening to her songs by users of the above platforms.

"The tracks of the artist from Lviv region are still available on the swamps. In particular, on the music platforms VK Music and Yandex Music. So she probably receives royalties from there. Because according to Yandex's rules, tracks are uploaded by the artist or his or her label and are directly remunerated every time the song is listened to," the journalists noted.

However, the comments under the news contained many messages in support of Soloviy, who, in their opinion, may not even be aware that her tracks are available in Russia.

One of the Internet users noted: "It's not the artist who uploads songs, it's the label that issues the product. It sells digital content. The artist may well not even be aware of it."

As a reminder, Khrystyna Soloviy's interview with Masha Efrosinina was marked by a loud scandal. In a rather categorical manner, the singer accused the host and similar artists who spoke or performed in Russian for Russians of building "bridges" between cultures. They had Ukrainian blood on their hands, she said. In response, the interviewer, barely able to contain her anger, called the star an "outsider" because of her refusal to sing in Russian many years ago.

As OBOZ.UA wrote, the singer responded to the haters' accusations about her high-profile interview. Soloviy got in touch with a call to "think critically" and listen to her words.

Shortly before this interview, Masha Efrosinina also commented on it, urging viewers "not to make shit up" and explaining why the fragment with the quarrel was not cut.
