According to Hello magazine, in an episode of her own podcast, Let's Be Clear, the actress frankly told who she wants and, more importantly, who does not want to see at her funeral, in particular. Thus, Doherty does not want people who "don't really care" about her now to see her off.
"I think there are going to be a lot of people there that I don't want to see," the 52-year-old celebrity immediately said.
Such thoughts, as the actress assured, are due to the fact that some people attend funerals not because of sincere affection for the deceased but because of social duty or for "show."

"I don't want people to cry or think 'Thank God that bitch is dead'," the seriously ill star added.

It should be noted that in 2015, the actress was first diagnosed with breast cancer, after which she underwent a mastectomy (surgical removal of the mammary glands - ed.), chemotherapy and radiation. In 2017, the celebrity announced that she had gone into remission, and two years later, the cancer returned. Shannen Doherty said that she suffers from stage 4 metastatic cancer.
