Russian TV star voluntarily went to war and called Ukrainians "scums": his wife revealed his self-serving motive

Russian TV star volunteers to fight Ukrainians

Another Russian media personality went to war to terrorize Ukrainians under the guise of "patriotic" intentions. Alexander Zadoinov, a 39-year-old star of the Dom-2, Pole Chudes and other projects, signed a contract with the occupying army and claimed that he wanted to protect "Russia's sovereignty".

However, the wife of the newly-drafted terrorist and father of many children revealed on social media that he was motivated not by "noble" motives but by a desire to profit from the deaths of Ukrainians. Zadoinov himself told the propagandists that he wanted to "continue the work of his grandfathers."

The former participant of the scandalous show signed the contract in Nizhnevartovsk, although he lives in Moscow and Sochi, and is originally from Yaroslavl. He said that it was here that "you can feel the professional attitude towards volunteers."

"Now it's my time to go and continue the work of our grandfathers and great-grandfathers. We must not forget history, otherwise, every time some 'scums' will attempt to encroach on our sovereignty and try to rewrite history," the terrorist was quoted as saying by the Russian media.

This news came as a surprise to many fans of the Dom-2 star as he had his own business in Sochi, raised children from different marriages, and ran a blog with almost 500,000 followers.

Only his wife Ksenia has a different opinion about her husband's intentions. On social media, she stated that Zadoinov's only motive was material profit.

"He didn't go to make money for the family, he went to make money for himself to cover his needs and his debts," said the woman, who was left with a small child in her arms.

The occupier's older children and his ex did not dissuade him from this idea.

To recap, Zadoinov first appeared on television in 2007. He was a member of the Dom-2 show several times, where he built relationships with different women. The Russian was once kicked out because of his addiction to online poker.

After that, the TV star went to the army, worked as a presenter and a journalist, ran a restaurant, and tried to find himself in other professions until he settled on building real estate in Sochi and shooting commercials on his rather large blog. By the way, the occupier did not tell his subscribers about his intentions to fight, although he did not hide his pro-war views and paid tribute to his "grandfathers" every year.

Earlier, OBOZ.UA wrote that Russian actor Mikhail Mamayev, who is fighting against Ukrainians, complained about a bad meeting in Moscow. The occupier was humiliated on the Privet, Andrey show.
