Russian actor Pavel Derevyanko publicly recognized himself as a Putinist who hates Ukraine
Russian comedian Alexandr Nezlobin, who opposed the war and left the aggressor country, spoke about the "shoe-in" position of his friend, Russian actor Pavel Derevyanko. Back in 2021, he condemned the criminal Putin regime and supported the "oppositionist" Alexei Navalny. After the full-scale invasion, he did not express his position for a long time, but in August 2023, he appeared in Donbas, where he brought aid to the terrorist occupiers.
Nezlobin suggests that the actor was forced to visit the annexed Ukrainian territories and support the invaders. Allegedly, he was punished in this way for his past sympathy for Navalny. However, Derevyanko is foaming at the mouth to prove the opposite to the propaganda media, i.e., he openly admits to being a Putinist and a fan of a bloody war.
"Pasha Derevyanko went to Donbass. This is probably retribution for his support of Navalny when he was imprisoned. Now he says: "I'm going to Donbass to visit our guys". What is this? Somehow they took him by the ass," Nezlobin expressed his opinion in an interview with Ekaterina Gordeeva.
In response, the actor, who, by the way, starred in the movie Rzhevsky vs. Napoleon with Volodymyr Zelenskyi, hastened to assure that he had not been pressured and visited the so-called "DPR" of his own free will.
"Sasha and I know each other personally. But I have never quarreled with anyone. Including him. I traveled to Donbass of my own free will and thus expressed my human and civic position," the actor said, branding himself an aggressor and Ukrainophobe.
As OBOZREVATEL previously reported, Nezlobin said that Ukrainian blood flows in his veins. According to the comedian, he is not betraying his homeland, Russia, and is acting in its interests when he calls for an end to the war.
