The shooting of the propaganda documentary took place in the temporarily occupied territories. Seagal arrived at a penal colony in the village of Olenivka, Donetsk region, where he spoke rudely to Ukrainians, calling them "Nazis."

As a reminder, in 2016, the Hollywood actor received Russian citizenship. Since then, he has been constantly speaking publicly about his love for Russia. The propagandist confidently stated that he would never give up his passport of the aggressor country, even though after the start of the full-scale invasion, he began to face Russophobia.

On March 14, 2023, Segal attended the founding congress of the International Movement of Russophiles in Moscow, where he gave a speech during which he said that he considered himself "a million percent Russian."
