Rapper and war veteran Yarmak was robbed on the Dnipro-Kyiv train while he was sleeping: his backpack with a laptop and a GoPro camera was stolen

Ukrainian rapper Oleksandr Yarmak, who has been serving in the Armed Forces, was robbed on the Dnipro-Kyiv train while he was sleeping. The thief entered the star's compartment and took his backpack with personal belongings.

In addition, other passengers, including foreigners, suffered from the unknown person's illegal actions in the neighboring carriage. The artist wrote about this in his blog.

The defender was returning from a rotation with a backpack carrying a laptop and a GoPro camera. They contained important footage he had shot at the front line.

"It feels like this video was recorded in '98, but unfortunately, it's 2023, and this is the service provided by Ukrzaliznytsia. This is not the first time I have heard of such cases. Yesterday on this train, a soldier had all his belongings stolen, and he got off with just shoes, pants and a T-shirt," the rapper was outraged.

He urged passengers to keep a close eye on their belongings and asked Ukrzaliznytsia to take measures to avoid such unpleasant incidents.

The artist, who is the commander of the drone control unit, was most upset that he would not be able to recover the data on the stolen media.

"Advice for the military: all the information you record on various devices - phones, GoPro, tablets, laptops - should be transferred to some kind of secure media that is in a safe place. The most valuable thing I have lost today is information, and unique footage from various historical events at the front, which, unfortunately, I will not be able to restore in any way. All that remains is what was on my phone," Yarmak said.

He also expressed dissatisfaction with the response of the National Police of Ukraine. The rapper left a mark on his official account and advised them to "work better."

Earlier, OBOZ.UA wrote that Yarmak explained how Russia's cultural propaganda affects the course of the war. The artist also drew attention to Ukrainian bloggers who still promote pro-Russian values to the masses.
