Papa Music suspected of using dipfake: Wellboy video sparked heated discussions

Ukrainian singer Wellboy (real name Anton Velboy) broke ties with Papa Music but suddenly appeared on his social networks, although he doesn't have any access. Fans suspected that the artist's face was simply deepfaked.
They expressed their assumptions in comments to the viral video on TikTok. The video allegedly shows the artist dancing to the track called "Pustotsvit" (to see the photo and video, scroll to the end of the page).
Users noticed that Anton Velboy does not look like himself. Subscribers found it strange that the color of the neck and face of the hero of the video is different, with the head moving non-synchronously. It can also be seen that the boundaries between the face and hair are a little blurred.
"I think it's deepfake. The face is floating," "It's not him. Just fake face", "People are already making videos telling that it's not Anton", "Is it even legal? It's not him," Ukrainians wrote.
So far, neither Papa Music nor Anton Welboy have commented on the incident.
Wellboy broke off relations with Papa Music in April 2023, which was engaged in his production. The reason for this was a scandal with Putin fan Yuriy Bardash. The mentors threatened the 22-year-old singer with a lawsuit for failure to fulfill the terms of the contract. He said that the producers of the label cooperate with Russia.
Earlier OBOZREVATEL wrote that Anton Velboy translated his famous hit "Husi" into Polish to thank our neighbors for the support. Fans supported this initiative.
