"Our paths have parted": alyona alyona reveals whether she quarreled with Jerry Heil after Eurovision 2024

After participating in the European music contest, rapper and Ukraine's representative at Eurovision 2024, alyona alyona, almost stopped appearing in public with the co-author of the contest song Jerry Heil, which led to rumors of possible conflicts in the duo. The artist explained that there were no such conflicts, and that the performers had simply parted ways.

It is known that almost immediately after the Eurovision Song Contest 2024 final, the singers released their joint hit "Podolyanochka," which was recorded before participating in the National Selection, and later they performed together at some concerts. After that, they stopped appearing together in public, even though their fans urged them to start a joint music career. However, this could not happen not only because of the different directions in music, but also because of the artists' personalities. As alyona alyona told Lux FM in an interview, it was their different temperaments that prevented the singers from having conflicts.

"[We broke up] not because of conflicts. We don't have conflicts as such, because we are different. I'm expressive, and Yana is soft," explained alyona alyona.

Many fans were upset that after the final and the announcement of the winners of Eurovision 2024, the rapper came to Ukraine alone, without her co-author Teresa & Maria. Later it became known that this was due to Jerry Heil's subsequent trip to Cannes for the film festival, so there was no point in her returning home and going to France soon.

alyona alyona noted that she began to communicate less with the singer because "everyone dove into their own" lives to catch up on what was postponed because of the song contest.

"And we went our separate ways because we each put our lives on hold for the duration of the Eurovision Song Contest. And when the Eurovision Song Contest was over, everyone just dived into their own: into their families, into their relationships, into their personal songs, which were postponed. This is probably the right thing to do, so as not to burn out on each other, to realize what we've put off," the rapper said.

Earlier, OBOZ.UA wrote that Jerry Heil submitted her song for participation in the most prestigious music award Grammy Award 2025. Last year, another famous Ukrainian singer already tried her luck.
