Oscar-winning actor Jamie Foxx accused of rape: what is known

Famous American actor, singer, and stand-up comedian Jamie Foxx has been accused of rape, which, according to the victim, happened 8 years ago. The woman, whose name remains anonymous, sued the 55-year-old star of the films Django Unchained, Spider-Man, White House Down, and Ray, for the latter of which Fox won an Oscar.

According to the alleged victim, the incident occurred in August 2015 at around 23:00 in a New York restaurant. In fact, the woman sued not only the movie star, but also the owners of the restaurant, demanding compensation and penalties. TMZ writes about it.

Thus, the woman said that she asked the actor to take a picture with him. He did not refuse, and later "pulled" her with him.

"I asked Fox if I could take a picture with him. He said: "Of course, baby, anything you want." He took a few more photos and commented: "Wow, you have the body of a supermodel," "You smell so good," and said I looked like Gabrielle Union. Then he pulled me by the hand to the back rooftop at Catch NYC & Roof. He put both hands on my waist and then slipped them under my top. He started groping my breasts. He looked drunk," the plaintiff said.

In the documents, the woman also claims that Fox allegedly put his hand down her pants and then "put his fingers in her vagina and anus". According to the alleged victim, she saw a security guard and other people watching, but did nothing. The woman was saved by her friend, who approached her and the actor. Fox allegedly got scared and stopped touching the woman.

The plaintiff claims that she suffered bodily injuries and was forced to undergo medical treatment, and "suffered pain, suffering and emotional distress as a result of the sexual assault, abuse, assault and battery."

Neither Jamie Foxx nor his representatives have yet responded to these allegations. However, it is worth noting that this is not the first such case in the celebrity's biography. Earlier, another woman accused the actor of "hitting her with his penis". At the time, the filmmaker denied all the plaintiff's allegations.
