Mark Hamill, the star of the Star Wars movie trilogy, who played the role of Jedi Master Luke Skywalker, addressed the world with an important speech on New Year's Eve. He called for the fulfillment of the most cherished wish of Ukrainians - to win the war with Russia.
The actor first congratulated the world on the New Year 2025 and wished them happiness. The video with the movie star's address was published on the Telegram of the United24 fundraising platform.
"I wish you a happy New Year and urge you to support Ukraine. Help freedom to win," said Mark Hamill.
This is not the first time Hamill has expressed his support for Ukraine. In 2022, he became an ambassador of the United24 platform and joined the fundraising for the Ukrainian army. His New Year's message is a reminder that the war is on and Ukrainians need the world's help to protect their rights to live in peace and freedom.
Mark Hamill has repeatedly emphasized that in the confrontation between good and evil, everyone must take the side of light. His words inspired many people to support Ukraine in time of war.
