Natalka Denysenko declassified Fedinchyk's diagnosis, which required surgery
Ukrainian actress Natalka Denysenko has revealed the details of the complex surgery her military husband, Andrii Fedinchyk, had to undergo. The artist, who joined the ranks of the Armed Forces after the start of the full-scale invasion, had titanium implants installed in his spine because of the constant pressure on his spinal cord and nerves.
The 35-year-old celebrity told about this on her Instagram page. She showed a few shots of her beloved, who is gradually starting to walk with the help of a walker.
Natalka Denysenko posted a video from the operating table, where the surgeon said that the 39-year-old Honored Artist of Ukraine underwent a foraminotomy. Specialists widened the hole between the vertebrae to reduce pressure on the nerve roots and, accordingly, to eliminate pain during movement.
"The implants were installed. Now the spine is as stable as possible, there is no compression, and the nerve is open. Our soldier will undergo rehabilitation. I am confident that in a few months he will be able to continue his difficult struggle for our freedom," the surgeon said.
Since the complicated surgery was successful, Andrii Fedinchyk is gradually starting to recover. The military actor's wife and son visited him in his hospital room, where he can now walk around a bit with the help of crutches. Natalia Denysenko showed the corresponding video.
As a reminder, on December 25, Andrii Fedinchyk was hospitalized and underwent a complicated surgery. The actor and his family traveled to Uzhhorod, as it was there that a private clinic was located where the surgery was performed. At the time, Natalia Denysenko had not yet declassified her lover's diagnosis, only noting that the doctor had done the incredible.
