The famous musician Myroslav Kuvaldin, who came to the defense of Ukraine in February 2022, said that they are talking about the end of the war at the front. According to the artist, the military themselves throw up their hands and do not even work with approximate dates.
In an interview with OBOZ.UA, the leader of The Vyo band admits that he is preparing for a long confrontation with the enemy, and if the war ends sooner, "it will be an extra reason to rejoice." As you know, after the start of the full-scale war, the artist was in Donetsk region, then in the south - in Mykolaiv, Kherson, Zaporizhzhia, and a year ago he joined the Cultural Landing.
"The military also realize that no one knows the answer to this question. I'm preparing myself that this can last for a very long time," says Myroslav Kuvaldin, "and it's better to distribute forces over a long distance. And when you think that this war will never end, but it happens in a different way, the joy of it will increase many times over. And if you dream that it will be over in a month, and nothing happens in the meantime, you will only increase the despondency in your soul. I'm setting myself up to serve until I'm 60. If I leave earlier, I will have an extra reason to be happy."

Earlier, OBOZ.UA wrote that TV presenter Marichka Padalko, whose husband, former MP and journalist Yehor Sobolev, is at the front, told why they do not discuss the timing of the end of the war. According to the TV journalist, there are no plans among the military to end it quickly.
"On the one hand, he's an optimist, on the other hand, he's a pragmatist," says Marichka Padalko about Yehor Sobolev, "He says that they don't discuss when the war will end at the front. They talk about what the next day will be like and how many occupiers they will be able to destroy. There are no plans for it to end quickly."
