Luna, Poland's representative at the Eurovision Song Contest 2024, dedicated a song to Ukraine during one of her performances. The artist emphasized that she wholeheartedly empathizes with the Ukrainians who are opposing Russia.

Her initiative was greeted with a standing ovation in the audience. The video was posted on the Eurovision House Telegram channel.

"What is happening in Ukraine is happening next to us. That's why my heart is beating very hard with Ukraine and my friends from there. I would like to dedicate this song to them," the singer said.

She sang gently against the backdrop of blue and yellow spotlights, whose light flooded the stage. The English-language track reads: "And I've never been so cold. The moon shines so brightly and the secrets are alive. Shadows and whispers call to us."

By the way, Luna didn't make it to the final of this year's competition, being eliminated in the semifinals. Nevertheless, she supported all the participants and called for peace outside the arena in Malmö.

Speaking to Ukrainian journalists, the Polish singer said: "Glory to Ukraine" and accepted a small gift - a symbol of Ukrainian women.

Earlier, OBOZ.UA wrote that the representatives of Ukraine at the Eurovision Song Contest 2024 revealed the secrets of creating their costumes. All dresses and details were designed by compatriots.
