The monarch looked happy and cheerful, but for some reason he leaned on an umbrella as he walked down to his subjects and family. Perhaps the 75-year-old king found it harder to walk. According to People, Princess Anne, Prince Edward, Sophie, the Duchess of Edinburgh, and the Duke and Duchess of Gloucester also attended the event.

Charles III wore not only an umbrella, which complemented his image on a sunny day, but also a tall cylinder on his head. The ruler used it to hide his face from the scorching sun.

While communicating with the guests, the monarch took off his headdress but did not put away his umbrella, leaning on it every time he walked and standing in one place.
