Famous Ukrainian actress Kseniya Mishyna lost 12 kilograms in four months during a full-scale war and told us how she managed to do it. The star admitted that she did not go through the process of improving her figure alone but with a team of competent mentors.
Recalling her experience of losing weight, the actress shared that there was nothing extraordinary about it, but that success required a change in mindset. She spoke about this in an interview with Alina Shamanska on YouTube (scroll to the bottom of the page to see photos and videos).
The reason why the Ukrainian woman gained weight so rapidly was the stress of her divorce and the full-scale Russian invasion. At one point, even her ex commented Mishyna.
The actress reconsidered not only what she eats, but also her psychological habits. For example, she began to distinguish between emotional hunger and ordinary hunger, when the need for goodies is simply the body's reaction to a particular event.
The star took at least a 3-hour break between meals and drank 350 ml of water daily.
In addition, she introduced sports training into her life, even though she didn't like to play sports before. "I hated sports, and this is also a psychological story. I hated it because I didn't want to exert myself. But when you understand why, it works differently," said Kseniya Mishyna.
She also worked on her taste buds, "weaning" them off food with an excess of sauces and spices. A month later, the star rediscovered her taste for food. Meditation and diet also helped.
