"Klopotenko, stop!" Tina Karol turned to the chef because of the menu on the Ukrzaliznytsia train
Ukrainian singer Tina Karol turned to restaurateur Yevhen Klopotenko while traveling on one of Ukrzaliznytsia's trains. The 39-year-old singer was impressed with the menu for passengers developed by the culinary expert and noted that the variety of dishes "blows my mind."
The artist shared her impressions on her Instagram page. She jokingly urged the chef to stop expanding the range of culinary creations so that there would be no temptation to order them for the night.
The fact is that the menu offered to Ukrzaliznytsia passengers includes quite a few hearty and somewhat heavy dishes with potatoes, eggs, and meat.
"There is something that just blows your mind. An omelette made from Zhytomyr eggs, pancakes from the Carpathians, Crimean Tatar pilaf with beef, chicken with Podillia potatoes, and vegetables. And that's all for the night! Klopotenko, stop," said Tina Karol.
It's worth noting that world leaders and recognizable personalities who came to Kyiv during the full-scale war to support Ukraine also had the opportunity to try Yevhen Klopotenko's menu. When foreign guests are on a Ukrzaliznytsia train heading to the capital, they are served dishes prepared by the chef's team, and sometimes by him personally.
According to the restaurateur, he has developed a 10-course menu, which includes borsch, syrniki, ribs stewed in kvass, an apple dessert baked with cheese, and more.
