Members of the British royal family, Kate Middleton and Prince William, are planning to change the composition of their team. The monarchs are in the process of searching for a specialist who will maintain documentation related to official correspondence.

The couple noted that the main responsibilities of the hired specialist will be "to manage the household's correspondence process, provide suggestions for its improvement, and provide timely, well-written, personalized responses to letters received regarding Their Royal Highnesses' subject areas," Hello writes. The new specialist will work with the Buckingham Palace team. In addition, the correspondence expert will have to maintain communication with the government, local authorities, and charitable organizations.

In the announcement, the Prince and Princess of Wales indicated that the potential candidate will sometimes have to visit the royal residences of the United Kingdom to fulfill their duties.

Additionally, Kate Middleton and Prince William have prescribed the traits and skills that a future employee should possess. Among them: good communication skills, the ability to liaise with internal and external parties and stakeholders, the ability to understand and interpret complex information, and the ability to make quick decisions.

Separately, the monarchs emphasized that they are looking for a motivated and proactive person with good administrative and organizational skills.
