Justin Timberlake canceled a concert a few hours before the start due to a serious illness

American singer Justin Timberlake was forced to cancel the final performance of his world tour The Forget Tomorrow, which was to take place on Thursday, February 27, in Columbus. A few hours before the concert, the 44-year-old artist got in touch with his fans and said that he would not be able to meet them because of the flu.

The celebrity announced this on his personal Instagram page. He was very upset that he would not be able to sing for his fans.

"Friends, my heart is broken. I have to cancel my performance. I came to the soundcheck while being treated for the flu, but the disease won. It kills me to disappoint you and my team who worked so hard to make this show happen. I want to assure you that you will receive a refund for your tickets. I love you all," the performer wrote.

Fans of Justin Timberlake's work were sympathetic to the cancellation of the music shows and wished the idol a speedy recovery:

"Take care, Justin. I know your heart is broken that the tour ended like this. We love you very much, never forget that."

It is worth noting that the world tour of The Forget Tomorrow celebrity started on April 29, 2024, in Vancouver (Canada). Timberlake's health problems have already caused some problems with performances as part of a large-scale event. The singer had to postpone several concerts that were supposed to take place in the fall to early December because he was diagnosed with bronchitis and laryngitis.
